Donate to PS172: Empowering Student Enrichment (2024-2025)

Donations collected are going right back into our school community, in funding the events for our children and their families. Even if it is just $1, $5, or $10, every dollar matters especially when the city continues to cut funding for education.

The PS172 PTA are a group of volunteers, enthusiastic, motivated caregivers, administration, teachers, and staff whose primary aim is to offer time, talent, and support to the ongoing education, enrichment, and well-being of the P.S.172 community.

Funds we raise help us:

- Provide a rich and varied enrichment program at affordable rates so that any student interested can pursue interests in chess, coding, engineering, sports, art, cooking, and more.

- Collaborate with the school equity team to bring schoolwide cultural assemblies to every grade level, allowing students to learn and experience other cultures.

- Host family-friendly events like The Big Clothing Swap, Hispanic Heritage Movie Night, STEM Saturday, Winter Talent Show, and How Do You Celebrate Spring?
