My sister Melba who is 78 years old, is living in the Philippines where there Is no social Security or healthcare coverage. Unfortunately she has cancer,l her kidneys are failing and she requires oxygen 24 hours a day.

Up to recently I was supporting her as I still worked. Now that I am retired and living on a fixed income I can no longer do that. There are no other family resources available to help.

I am asking for funds needed to pay for dialysis three times a week, her daily cancer medication and her oxygen.

Any help you maybe able to provide would be great fully appreciated.
