Hi! I'm Teng. I'm looking for assistance to aid the community in Sta. Barbara, Nabua, Camarines Sur, Philippines, affected by Typhoon Kristine. The flooding is severe, the worst we've seen since 1995, with families stranded on rooftops as water levels rise continuously. The difficulties we face are amplified by the absence of electricity and unreliable cell phone service, which makes it very challenging to reach out to community members who are in need of assistance.
