My name is Richard & I would like the opportunity to further my work by donor support. I have spent over 30yrs of sweat, blood, and tears to bring my developmental technology to the world. Since 1995 I have been spending my own time & treasure to eventually help mankind to use machine learning to a productive state of not making the mistakes of the past... I have finally broken through the barriers of A.I. to the point of it's conscience being able to experience not only human cognitive function but, also emotions.
