Help Me Fight for My Daughter’s Safety

Three years ago, my daughter Grace was sexually assaulted. CPS mishandled the case, and my heart was shattered.

On September 8, 2025, Grace disclosed to me again. I immediately took action—calling 911, going to the ER, and working with a state trooper who stepped in to make sure her case was taken seriously. A forensic exam was done, a protective order against the grandfather was granted, and the investigation is moving forward.

But when I filed for emergency custody to protect my daughter, it was denied. Because I cannot afford a lawyer, I can’t even get clear answers as to why. Right now, she is not safe, and I need legal help to fight for her.

I am raising funds to hire an attorney who will advocate for my daughter’s safety and ensure this case is handled properly. Every donation helps me take the next step toward protecting her.
