Hello Friends,
I realize you're busy, but please take a few minutes to read my little ditty about my ordeal. It's very hard for me to do this! I guess Coach Breeland instilled a little more pride in me than I really should have. I've been silent about the fact that I've been battling cancer over the last few years. I guess somehow I was embarrassed. I have to swallow my pride and ask for help, or I'll lose my home in August at the tax sale. I also need money because my car is no longer with me. I have insurance; however, it's only been paying a percentage of the total.
If you're unable to donate, please at least share this on your wall or wherever you feel comfortable doing so.
In 2020, I noticed a very small red lump on the right side of my neck. The only reason I noticed it was because when something brushed it, I felt an unusual sensation. When it got about the size of a pimple, it started hurting, so I asked my family doctor about it. He didn't think it was anything but a pimple, and that's what it looked like. The next time I came to see him, it was obvious it wasn't. It looked like I had a big red teardrop on my neck. It had started growing fast, and I wanted it gone.
So, he had a surgeon remove it. It tested as a type of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I was on chemotherapy for about three years or so. The doctor explained to me that the lymphoma was making me feel so weak; it was horrible.
There's some good news: the doctor says my last scans for the lymphoma showed it was gone. However, he saw two other growths that need to be biopsied. So, I don't have 100% confirmation that I'm cured. I'm 100% tired of going to the Cancer center. Please donate! If you can't, please share this and pray for me.
Thank you so much for your time. God bless you and the leaders of our country.
