Good morning, where do I start??? I haven't been unemployed in over a decade. For full transparency, I received a compensation package when I was let go on 05/07/2025, and it was wisely used. I also was able to get unemployment. Unfortunately, my highest expense is rent. I have been paying a portion of my rent for the past 90 days. My property manager has been fully transparent as I was transparent with them. My back rent is $5000 and they no longer want to work with me, and I need to be out by 10/02 if I haven't secured another job or career opportunity. I have found a 55-plus community and I have placed a hold on it. The kicker is it won't be ready on 10/1. I will have to put my items in storage and find a cheap motel until it's ready. I am asking for what you feel comfortable giving. Closed mouths don't get fed. We as a people can't be afraid to ask for help when needed. Thank you.
