This is my sweet Preslie. To know her is to love her. Several months ago, Preslie was severely injured and sustained 4th degree burns to her lower leg. Since then, she has undergone 14 surgeries! She has at least 2 more surgeries scheduled, attempting to save her leg. I would add pictures, but the burns are too severe for most people to stomach seeing. Our family, along with so many generous friends, have given to help Preslie and her family. She is unable to work, with no prospects in the immediate future. While enduring unimaginable pain, she is taking online classes for medical billing and coding so that she may be able to find a job where she can work from home. This child is not someone who asks for handouts or a free ride. She has always worked tirelessly to support herself and her family. We, as her family, are asking that you look into your heart and see if you may be able to help financially. Her medical bills are mostly covered by her insurance, but travel to and from Augusta (weekly) and home expenses are not. Preslie has a husband, Allen, and 3 beautiful children: Jackson, Kenyon, and Kai. We want to thank all of you, ahead of time, for giving to help this precious family. Life has not given them an easy road, but they are handling it with grace.
