Dear Family, Friends and anyone who can help,

It’s with broken hearts that we share the tragic loss of our brother, Peter. At the end of October, Peter suffered a severe stroke, which caused a major brain bleed. Despite fighting so hard for weeks in the ICU and all of the love and prayers around him, he wasn’t able to pull through. Peter passed away on November 16th, and our family is devastated. There’s no way to describe the emptiness we feel without him.

Peter was one of the best people in the world. He had the biggest heart and was always there when someone needed him, no questions asked. He’d show up with a smile and a joke to make you feel better, no matter what was going on in his own life. He worked so hard and never complained, and he loved his friends and family unconditionally. Our mom depended on him so much, and now we’re trying to step up for her, just like Peter would’ve done for any of us.

As we try to process this loss, we’re also facing the financial realities that come with it. Between medical bills, funeral costs, and helping our mom adjust without the support Peter always gave her, we have a lot on our plates. We want to give Peter the farewell he deserves and make sure our mom is taken care of during this incredibly hard time.

Querida familia, amigos y cualquier persona que pueda ayudar,

Con el corazón roto compartimos la trágica pérdida de nuestro hermano, Peter. A finales de octubre, Peter sufrió un derrame cerebral severo que provocó una hemorragia cerebral significativa. A pesar de luchar con todas sus fuerzas durante semanas en la UCI, rodeado de amor y oraciones, no logró recuperarse. Peter falleció el 16 de noviembre, y nuestra familia está devastada. No hay palabras para describir el vacío que sentimos sin él.

Peter fera una de las mejores personas del mundo. Tenía un corazón enorme y siempre estaba ahí para cualquiera que lo necesitara, sin hacer preguntas. Llegaba con una sonrisa y una broma para hacerte sentir mejor, sin importar lo que estuviera pasando en su propia vida. Trabajaba muy duro, nunca se quejaba y amaba incondicionalmente a sus amigos y a su familia. Nuestra mamá dependía mucho de él, y ahora estamos tratando de estar a la altura por ella, tal como Peter habría hecho por cualquiera de nosotros.

Mientras tratamos de procesar esta pérdida, también enfrentamos las realidades financieras que vienen con ella. Entre las facturas médicas, los costos del funeral y ayudar a nuestra mamá a adaptarse sin el apoyo que Peter siempre le dio, tenemos muchas responsabilidades sobre nuestros hombros. Queremos darle a Peter la despedida que se merece y asegurarnos de que nuestra mamá esté cuidada en este momento tan difícil.

Por eso, estamos pidiendo su ayuda. Si pueden donar, sin importar la cantidad, significaría el mundo para nosotros. Si no pueden, compartir esto o mantenernos en sus oraciones es igual de importante. Estamos profundamente agradecidos por cualquier apoyo que puedan brindarnos.
