Hello everyone, my name is Jeaneen Ivy. I have a beautiful daughter named Payton who is currently undergoing the most traumatic thing in her life. Her journey started on January 4th, 2024, when she was having constant blood transfusions due to low hemoglobin and excessive bleeding. These transfusions carried on at least once every month up until September. On September 16th, of 2024 she was rushed to the hospital for a prolapsed fibroid and sent into emergency surgery. That surgery then led to a mass being discovered and her having to undergo an emergency biopsy. On September 20th, 2024, Payton was then diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma, a very rare and aggressive cancer. Less than 1% of the population is diagnosed with this type of cancer. With this diagnosis she then had to have an emergency hysterectomy along with fertility freezing (Reproductive Endocrinology). She is now having to start chemo. With everything going on and the specialized hospital needed, being 2 hours away, we have not been able to work as much as we liked to, and Payton has not been able to work at all due her medical issues she is facing. With that being said, medical bills have racked up . We are reaching out to hopefully get some support and help us in a time of need.
