I am Saru Rijal, currently residing in Lexington KY 40509. I am starting a campaign for Mr. Pawan Ghatani. It's his 2nd time of kidney transplant. Pawan Ghatani, 37 years old male, a permanent resident of Talchikhel, Lalitpur Nepal is from middle class family is facing a difficult challenge and is in need of a kidney transplant to continue leading a healthy active life. His health has deteriorated to the point where daily life has become a struggle. He is getting dialysis twice a week in B and B Hospital, Gwarko Lalitpur. Without a transplant, his condition will continue to worsen, and his chances of survival is significantly reduced. The transplant itself, along with the necessary post-surgery care, is an expense far beyond their financial reach. Unfortunately, the cost of the procedure and post-surgery care in Nepal is significant that's why we have started a fundraising campaign to support Pawan’s transplant journey. Every donation no matter how small will make a huge difference and bring him one step closer to receiving the lifesaving care he needs. We need your help to give him a second chance at life.
