My name is Pauline Congeni. I am a social worker. I had emergency open-heart surgery on Jan 29 of this year. I almost died. I had to have 3 artificial valves put in to keep me alive and also have a pacemaker. I have a lot of medical bills to pay and regular bills to pay.

I do not have paid family leave. I work for a non-profit. I need some help with paying my bills. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get. I am usually the one that is raising money to help others, but I need the help at this time. Anything will help. Thank you in advance.
