Hello! I’m Jovi Acevedo. I'm 16 years old and currently an 11th grader at Foothill School.

Last year, I adopted my loving cat named Paris. I was told that she was only a year old, but my brother, who is a vet tech, informed me that she’s most likely at least 6 or 7 years old.

I recently found out that Paris has life-threatening kidney stones that have moved to her ureters and aren’t letting much fluid pass by. She is going to need a SUB-surgery procedure to pull through. There is no other option but surgery.

I was blessed with an opportunity by my parents of having the responsibility to own a cat. I’ve always been obsessed with cats since I was young and dreamt of having a cat just like her. Paris means everything to me and I would greatly appreciate it if my community can lend a hand!!
