Pam has been bravely facing advanced heart failure, and her health has recently become increasingly fragile. She now requires weekly infusions of magnesium and potassium to help her heart function properly.

Despite strict treatment, her body is no longer responding to diuretics, and she is unable to remove excess fluid around her heart—a complication that is making her heart failure more severe.

Her care has been transferred to an advanced heart failure clinic and is hopeful for a heart transplant in the near future. This journey requires frequent travel, often 1.5 hours each way to the hospital, sometimes more than once a week.

This fund is set up to help Pam cover the costs of travel, treatment, and day-to-day essentials, allowing her to focus on her health and get the care she desperately needs.
