My name is Kathy (Venmo: @BBK1294) and I am raising funds to pay for my thyroidectomy. I have multiple nodules on my thyroid with one really large one that is compromising my airway, making it difficult to breathe.

The difficult decision has been made and I'm having to evict my thyroid and its little broke friends!

The first four biopsies thankfully came back negative but with the rapid growth and change that the nodules have done over the past few months, multiple doctors have recommended to have the thyroid removed completely. This is to open the airway back up and to alleviate the other symptoms and complications that have come along with it.

If you are able to donate or send up a prayer, it will be greatly appreciated as this has happened at a much faster rate than I was expecting and it has put a huge unexpected strain on my already tight budget.
