Hi! My assumed name is Oliver and I found wandering Syracuse by a beautiful lady and her family. Unfortunately, her pups were not willing to share their home and I ended up with my new foster family. I'm very skinny and in need of some doctor appointments. I'm about 2 years old, not microchipped and need a neuter. Any help you can provide would greatly appreciated. My new foster mom has 3 other pups for me to play with and I'm slowly learning how to dog again while I gain some weight before being offered for adoption. I'm a very sweet boy and just want a lap to get lovies on! Please help my foster mom get me healthy so I can find my own family to grow old with.
