Noemi's husband had been undergoing dialysis for the past twelve years due to his battle with Lupus. He fought against the relentless assault of his ailing kidneys, struggling liver, faltering heart, and grappled with his failing lungs. The prolonged treatments took a significant toll not only on him, but also on his entire family. Tragically, he succumbed to his illness and passed into eternal rest on October 7, 2024.

In the wake of this loss, Noemi now bears the financial burden of being the sole provider for her four children while simultaneously navigating her profound grief for her beloved husband.
