My name is Nick! For the past 6 years I've been running but decided to finally run a marathon -- the Chicago Marathon -- one of the top six marathons in the world.
But to get a spot in the race, I have to raise funds for a local charity. Luckily I have found a great little local charity at connects the disabled with horses. The charity is called Equine Dreams. From Equine Dreams' website :
- "Clients who may benefit can have a variety of diagnoses, such as Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay, Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Autism, Attention Deficit Disorder and Learning or Language Disabilities.
