Hi! My name is Jackie Velez. I am here to kindly ask for any support, including prayers, to help my sister Nancy Caceres and her husband Rico Alcaire during a difficult medical journey, and raising money for hospital NCCU units as she is expected to stay for a minimum of 3 weeks.

On Wednesday, October 8th, I got a phone call that my sister was rushed to the hospital by ambulance because she had fainted at work. When I arrived, the doctors told me that she had a brain aneurysm rupture, causing bleeding in her head. Within a couple of hours, she was treated with endovascular coiling (inserting coils through a catheter to clot the aneurysm). Soon after, Nancy had to get an external ventricular drain, which is a temporary tube placed in the brain to drain excess cerebrospinal fluid that builds up after a ruptured aneurysm.

We are seeking contributions to help cover hospitalization, medications, follow-up care, and/or associated expenses. Any donation, large or small, would be greatly appreciated. Nancy has a long journey ahead ❤️
