Hey friends! I'm finally doing it: I'm seeking breast augmentation to help lessen my dysphoria. My natural breasts have been through a hell of a journey, fluctuating wildly in the first 2 years of my transition and then shrinking after I was required to pause my HRT for a different surgery. My immune system disorder tends to keep me lean, making it difficult for fat to reaccumulate in desired areas. I'll forever be athletically built, for better or worse, and I want to no longer worry about my breasts shrinking any further. While I have insurance, there aren't any surgeons in my area that take it, so I'm planning to pay fully out of pocket. Will you please help me get the boobs of my dreams? Thank you!!!
