My name is Edith Zapata I went into the ER last Monday for stomach issues and ended up finding out that I have a tumor taking up about 90% of my colon. I need surgery as soon as possible, but first, I need to get my nutrition up before they take me in. The surgery itself is very expensive, and unfortunately, I didn’t qualify for any government assistance. My insurance that I purchased only covers about half of the cost. But it is still a very high cost and definitely more than I could ever afford.
