My name is William Alspach. I am in Christian ministry and outreach. God has put it on my heart to help a family in severe need. Their little 7-year-old girl, Mirabelle Engel, tragically fell into a fire over the 4th of July weekend and sustained 3rd degree burns on over 30% of her body. She has spent 3 weeks in ICU and has had a few surgeries, including a skin graft procedure. Thankfully, her skin graft took with 100% success, which is a rare occurrence per the doctors, and she has had top-notch care. Praise God for His goodness!

I am trying to raise money for her recovery. Her road to recovery is a long one and will require a lot of special attention from her mother who needs to be off work to care for Mirabelle, as well as special equipment, clothing, and stable housing. Mirabelle requires a special bed and clothes that block out 100% of sunlight. Both are very expensive. She will also require extensive counseling and rehabilitation. Her mother is single and was already struggling to be a mom and work a full-time job delivering cars for Carvana. Her vehicle has been on its last leg for a while now and with this tragedy, their situation has gone from struggle to nightmare.

As a father myself, my biggest concern is always being a good parent and providing for my children. I can't imagine the stress, worry, and fear this mother is experiencing in the face of a life-changing event like the tragedy that has struck this sweet little girl. I am seeking to raise money to cover the following: adequate housing for 18 months, groceries and utilities for 18 months, clothing needs for the family, a used vehicle that's in good condition, gas and insurance money for the vehicle, specialized equipment including a bed for Mirabelle, trauma therapy/counseling, and extra spending money to allow room to go on some family outings so Mirabelle can feel like and be a normal 7-year-old girl.
