"Hi everyone, I'm Mike and I'm reaching out today with a mix of hope and a heavy heart. A few months ago, my life took an unexpected turn due to a medical issue (osteomyelitis which led to an infection in my blood) , and since then, I've been on a difficult journey. I've been unable to work since the start of November and the mounting medical bills for my surgery and living expenses have become a mountain of debt that I can't climb alone .

I've been doing everything I can to manage, from cutting back on expenses to trying to keep up with bills, and draining savings, but the reality is that these costs are far more than I can bear on my own right now. It's humbling to have to admit I need help, but that's why I've created this GoFundMe.

My goal is to raise $5000 to help cover the costs of life related and medical bills. This would mean so much to me, as it would allow me to focus on getting better without the added stress of financial ruin while being a single parent for my 14 year old son.
