On the morning of August 8, 2020, I was on a solo MTB ride that ended prematurely in a freak accident when I went over the handlebars and broke my neck. This accident, technically, left me a quadriplegic. Although I do have some use of my arms and legs, I am still going through rehab, but the process is very slow. Reluctantly, I've decided to do another GoFundMe because insurance does not cover the facility where I go. Also, I need a new wheelchair, and I would like to get a power attachment for it, and with any luck, I would like to get a new, 3-wheel trike.
