If anyone could help it would be well appreciated.

My name is Michael grubich. I'm trying to raise money to get me and my family a car. I had a stroke 3 months ago and a life threatening infection and I can't work I'm on disability. And I'm trying to get a vehicle so I can be able to go to my appointments. My family is responsible for getting me back and forth to my appointments because I cannot drive yet alone walk to them. I have not been able to start my physical therapy because of transportation issues which is a setback in my recovery. I thank you in advance for considering helping me.
