Hey guys! My name is Michael Cordevant. I have been caring for my daughter and granddaughters for a few years now. Listen guys, I have maybe asked a few times for help. I'm the one always helping others in their time of need, mostly with their air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, or some advice, or just listening. We're all going through some rough times and mine are no different.

I was unknowingly renting a house under foreclosure; the owner never told me. I didn't know about it. Got tossed out at Christmas with the babies and he disappeared. We moved into a house 6 days later and the landlord never gave a lease, wanted cash only, and the receipts weren't signed. He never fixed anything in the house; we had 8 portable AC units going at all times. He has 11 code violations, so we had to move out and now we are at a motel.

I have found a 3/2; it is perfect for us. I have $2000 to move in. We would greatly appreciate getting help with the deposit and moving expenses. I am paying for 2 rooms while we save. We are living as cheap as possible. This is comfort to finally be able to have a place that's legitimate to rent and my grand-babies would be safe and happy. We lost everything due to water and mold damage. Thank you guys very much.
