Last Thursday, September 24th, our friend and coworker Melissa Mir Cuba was the victim of an attack by her ex-partner, leaving her seriously injured and in intensive care. Melissa is the mother of two children and is alone in Miami. With the money we manage to raise here, we will help her cover medical expenses and support her children’s needs while she recovers and returns to work.
