I have been recently diagnosed with hip dysplasia in both hips. My condition is very severe and complicated, specifically in my right hip. I have been dealing with severe pain for 1.5 years, and now I had the privilege of meeting with one of the top hip dysplasia specialists in Nashville, TN, named Dr. Tania Ferguson. She walked me through what she called a PAO surgery that is very intense and about a 6-hour procedure. This type of procedure will allow me to have proper comfort in my hip again, where the femur bone will no longer have to hit against my hip socket. This is a detailed surgery that takes up to six hours, and I will be hospitalized for roughly four days.

I am in need of some financial support because my insurance will not be able to pay upfront to cover specifically the $5,000 for the PAO itself. The rest of the funds I need will go to my hospital stay and some extra costs needed for medication and personal items to heal.
