Hello, my name is Matthew Goodheart, and I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my sister, Megan “Treasure” Goodheart.

On November 29th, Megan and our father, Charles Goodheart, were involved in a single-car accident. Tragically, our father passed away, and Megan was seriously injured.

The doctors say she is doing well considering the extent of her injuries, but she is not out of the woods yet. She suffered multiple broken bones, a collapsed lung, and two dislocated shoulders. She was sedated and on a ventilator for over a month which can cause significant ICU delirium. Sometimes she is lucid and other times she is confused. Hopefully that will clear up over time.

Although it has been more than a month since the accident Megan is still in a very fragile state. We are not sure whether she knows about our father’s passing or whether she remembers the accident. We know she will be devastated when she learns what happened, as we all are.

I am raising funds to help Megan on her long road to recovery. **100% of donations will go directly to Megan and her needs.**
