Donate to Max's Surgery and Care

Hey everyone! For those who don't know me I'm Phillip and this is my boy Max and he is in need of your help! He has upcoming hernia surgery, and my funds are limited after starting to recover from being out of work for over a year and half.

Our goal is $7500 which will help cover the costs of 2 surgeries and having someone look after him while my wife and i are at work.
