Hello, my name is Matt Walker, and I’m reaching out with a humble heart during one of the most frightening times of my life. I was recently diagnosed with a severe heart condition — Severe Mitral Valve Regurgitation — along with atypical chest pain that has been impacting my ability to function day-to-day.

After multiple medical evaluations, my doctors have made it clear:

I need mitral valve replacement surgery as soon as possible to protect my heart and prevent further damage. My surgery is scheduled for December 8, 2025.

Because of the seriousness of this condition, I was forced to stop working on October 10, 2025, and I will remain out of work for an unknown amount of time as I recover. This sudden loss of income on top of urgent medical expenses has put me in a situation I never imagined facing.

I am asking for help to cover:

• Medical bills and insurance costs

• Travel and recovery expenses related to surgery

• Rent, utilities, and basic living needs while I am unable to work
