Hola mi nombre es Mary tengo 39 años y una vida que parece estable. Pero había algo que llevaba años desgastándome en silencio: mi salud.

Desde muy joven he lidiado con mi sobrepeso, me he sometido a dietas, ejercicios pero al final llega a ser muy frustrante y temporal para mi, lo cual estoy en un sube y baja de peso constante.

Hoy en día por temas de salud he tomado la decisión de someterme a una cirugía bariatrica, no a sido una decisión sencilla pero me vi a la obligación ya que lucho con problemas graves de salud y me ha afectado el poder llevar una vida normal, plena y capaz de lograr mis sueños.

Por eso acudo a ti con humildad y esperanza para que me ayudes a recaudar con tu granito de arena la oportunidad de recuperar mi salud, ser una mejor persona, ser una mejor madre para mi hija y poder volver a vivir con esperanza.

My name is Mary, I am 39 years old, and I lead a life that may appear stable on the surface. However, there has been something silently wearing me down for years: my health.

From a very young age, I have struggled with being overweight. I have tried numerous diets and exercise routines, but the results have always been frustratingly short-lived. This has led to a constant cycle of weight gain and loss.

Due to serious health concerns, I have now made the difficult decision to undergo bariatric surgery. This was not an easy choice, but it became a necessary one, as my health challenges have prevented me from living a normal, fulfilling life and from pursuing my dreams.

That is why I humbly and hopefully reach out to you—to ask for your support. With your help, I hope to raise the funds needed to reclaim my health, to become a better person, a better mother to my daughter, and to live again with hope.
