Hello, my name is Marcela and I’m doing a crowdfunding to help raise money for my education. After many years of hard work and sacrifice, I am now in my last year of college at the University of Texas in Dallas, but I am facing a difficult financial situation.

Recently, I found out that factors outside of my control and responsibility have affected my financial aid package, and no longer reflects what my family and I can afford. I’m currently working two jobs to support my education, and my whole family also works to help but sadly it is not enough.

I wish to graduate with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology with the goal of getting my master's degree after obtaining my bachelor's. My family and I have done everything we can to support my dream of graduating, and now I must lean on the generosity and support of my community to get through this last year. I am hoping to raise $10,000 to help with tuition for this semester.

There are no small contributions, as everything helps me get one step closer to achieving my goal of graduating with a degree in Psychology.
