Hello Everyone,
My name is Calista, and I am the proud aunt of this beautiful little girl I am creating this GoFundMe for. Madison, to know her is to love this sweet little 12-year-old bouncing blond-headed ball of energy. Madison is a twin; she and her sister McKenzie have a connection that can't be copied. She is also blessed with four other sisters and one brother, all of whom love her very much and have watched her grow with the medical problems she has that have only worsened now and she cannot move forward with. This is why we are here. Madison has Adolescent Thoracic Scoliosis, which is a condition that has caused her spine to curve sideways into her chest area. Please see the attached
X-Ray picture I have included to give you a small glimpse of what Madison is enduring trying to live with this disability. It has caused Madison to have VERY bad uneven shoulders, to the point of her right shoulder protruding out of her back and affecting her walk and many other daily skills. Madison will have to have surgeries to correct this, two to be exact. We need your help, please. Her mother and father will be missing a lot of work as Madison will be in the hospital for roughly 2 months. This will put a great strain on their home because her surgeries will be in Atlanta, GA. There will be a lot of travel back and forth between her parents, and family will help all we can as well. However, we know we need to reach out and ask for others to help us all we can for this family. Madison will be having surgery on October 10th and October 31st, Madison and her parents went to Atlanta on October 6th for blood work, test and another x-ray (I have attached, her first name is Kaitlyn as seen on the x-ray corner ), and will be going back Friday, October 10th for her FIRST surgery. If you could do anything at all to help my niece and her family, trips to Atlanta and a place to stay, as well as gas back and forth is going to take such a toll on them and I know I would GREATLY appreciate it, and I am positive they would be more than grateful. Any amount is appreciated, and if you can't, all the prayers you can send will be greatly appreciated. Her parents are Thomas and Lynn Sapp. They are on FB if you would like to contact them, and if you would like to contact me directly for anything, as I know they are going to be busy with a lot, I am on FB Calista Moore. Thank you for taking the time to read and do all you can for Madison. She would hug you and say thank you personally if she knew you; that's just how our Maddie is. Any questions or concerns, please feel free to message me. GOD BLESS YOU, as I know he will!
.
