My name is Lori. I am a mother of 6 and a school nurse. I have been in the hospital for about 3 weeks. I have been diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver (advanced from my non alcoholic fatty liver disease. I need to follow up with my liver specialist to determine my MELD score and scan, but the primary doc said i will need a transplant at some point. This news is overwhelming. Any words of support and/or donations are greatly appreciated.
