Hey y’all…my name is Tiffany and I’m raising funds to hire a thermal drone operators to help find a dog, (her name withheld so as not to scare her when someone spots her), a Coton de Tulear breed, who was lost in Prattville, AL. Her owner was traveling from Ft. Myers, FL to Minnesota. She stopped on I-65 and her dog was attacked by another dog and she pulled out of her leash on April 23. Her owner searched for a week until she had to return. The dog has been seen multiple times since- the latest being 4 days ago. She has gone as long as 6 days with nobody seeing her. Her owner is flying back in town and we are hopeful that along with the owner’s scent and help from the drone operator, she can be located. She’s hiding in thick brush and it’s almost impossible to catch her since she’s in survival mode. With travel time, for 2 hours of searching, the cost is $495. This is for a 1/2 mile radius of her last spotting 4 days ago. We may have to rent a golf cart to help the owner if one isn’t provided, but if extra funds are raised, all funds will be donated and shared between thr Autauga and Elmore county humane shelters. Please help! If you see her, please don’t call her name and comment below time, date and location.
