Donate to Local Hurricane Helene Relief Efforts
Donation protected
My name is Taylor Botham, and I grew up in Black Mountain, NC. Hurricane Helene has displaced countless families, including my own, leaving locals with no easy access to food, water, or supplies. Utilities are still down in many areas, and recovery is slow. My family is currently sheltering and providing meals for local displaced people at the old Straightaway Cafe on Route 9, CURRENTLY SUPPLYING 240+ MEALS A DAY, but they need help to continue supporting our community.
For those in need, 1722 NC Highway 9, Black Mountain, NC 28711 is established as a local shelter - animals welcome. My family is supplying food, water, medicine, communication, and other essentials. Starlink is set up for those in the area who need to contact their loved ones. Any funds received will be used to replenish existing supplies.
We are raising funds to provide food, shelter, and other essentials to those in need. Every donation goes directly to these efforts and will make a real difference. Please consider contributing to help us rebuild and care for our neighbors in this critical time.
