My best friend, Lindz Prust, is facing an emergency surgery for four herniated discs that have been discovered in her neck. During a workout on Wednesday, Lindz was doing a handstand walk and within a moment's notice, her arms stopped working and she landed on her face. She couldn’t feel her arms or hands, and every touch felt like needles. Being the badass that she is, she still went to work that day and come Thursday, took herself to the emergency room and got some incredibly heartbreaking news. The MRI showed her that she is incredibly lucky that she didn’t become paralyzed and is in need of surgery right away.

Being a hairstylist and missing over 6 weeks of work is going to be grueling for her and her family. She is one of the most caring, giving people I know, and now she needs our help. The medical bills and recovery expenses are overwhelming, and no one should have to go through this alone.
