Donate to Linda Morris's Medical and Living Expenses

On July 14, 2024, Rick Morris woke up to find that his wife, Linda, was unable to speak coherently. He rushed her to the ER in Lake Mary, Florida, where a brain scan revealed bleeding. The scan was sent to Orlando Health Neurology, who recommended that she see a neurosurgeon at the main hospital. Upon arrival, they implanted a drain to relieve pressure and remove fluid around her brain. After multiple CT scans, it was determined there was no aneurysm or tumor, and the issue was identified as an intraparenchymal hemorrhage.

Over the past few weeks, Linda has shown progress. The drain was removed, and she has had moments of lucidity. She was moved out of the ICU on July 27th and into a rehabilitation facility in Ocoee on the night of July 30th. The doctors have indicated that she will face a long recovery process.

Rick was scheduled to work at the Olympics in Paris, which would have provided about three months' worth of salary. Unfortunately, he had to cancel his trip due to Linda’s condition, resulting in a significant loss of income.
