I've started my gender affirming care 6 years ago. For the past 3 years I've been attempting to get scheduled for 2 major surgeries to help save my life of mental anguish. I still need breast augmentation and vaginoplasty. I've been battling health insurance for the past 2 years. Any time I get close to having a surgery date, the insurance isn't supported or there's an error or just don't have it at the time of surgery. I've been asking for help the past 2 years or so. On top of all the medical stress, I had a car crash on May 4th 2026, totaling my vehicle, and had to go to the emergency room. The other driver was at fault, but their insurance was invalid. So, now my insurance is working on it with my lawyer. However it's been 5 months since the crash, still no sign of the end yet. We really could use a little help with transportation too.

So out of pocket costs are $32,000 to as much as $72,000

With insurance could still cost about $5,000 to $15,000

Before Vaginoplasty I have to have hair removal for surgical prep for approx 6-8 months costing $2,400 to $3,200

So best case scenario I need $7,500 and worst case I need $76,000

I'm not expecting donations to fully replace the car but to help with Lyfts to and from appointments that are not in range of public transit would be great.

I have and will continue to update my progress as things improve and worsen. I really need your help to save my life and complete my Gender Affirming Surgeries.
