Liam was admitted to the hospital on October 23rd with what he was assumed to be pneumonia. His symptoms of a high fever of over 102, high heart rate, and elevated enzymes said otherwise. Liam continued to get worse and additional tests continued to bring no conclusive treatment plans. On Saturday, November 1st, Liam tested positive for an invasive fungal infection - Blastomycosis/Histoplasmosis. Liam has been in the ICU since November 2nd and was placed on a ventilator on November 4th after having a seizure. He was transferred to the ICU department at a higher level hospital in order to have continuous dialysis and be placed on an ecmo machine in order to save his life. His health history makes this time even more critical as he is immunocompromised.
Liam could use all the support in helping with his medical bills and needs for the long road ahead. He is out of work for the foreseeable future. Every little bit helps. Please consider donating to help offset the costs that will come from the lifesaving treatments and long-term hospital stay and bills that are still coming.
If you can't donate, please pray. His family feels your support and thanks you so much!
