Hello I really really wish I wasnt having to make this but I've been struggling with an unknown health issue causing years worth of doctor and hospital visits thats resulted in the need for a cane and the inability to work for the past 3 years. To anyone that might see this that doesnt know me my name is Michael Levi Blunt and go by Levi I'm 34 have worked my whole life until this illness and have a wonderful fiance named Angie who has been our rock keeping us afloat. I've thankfully had wonderful family and friends to help us when possible but we've hit a point where we need to reach out and try and get as much help as possible before things spiral out of control. I would be extremely grateful for any help anyone can give but please only if its within your means to do so without risk to yourself.
