We are Dave and Terri Persing, parents of Leah Busser and in-laws of Zack Busser.

When Zack and Leah found out they were pregnant with their first baby, a blood test revealed that there was an anomaly. Tests and two biopsies revealed that Leah has stage III nodular sclerosing classical Hodgkin Lymphoma. This is curable, but being pregnant will make this a bumpy ride. Chemo begins on the 17th of October and will continue for six months with a brief interlude to deliver the baby boy at around 36 weeks prematurely.

It is going to be a long road for this young couple, their families, and friends that have been ever so supportive from the beginning of this journey. All money will be allocated to the medical bills.
