I’m staking my claim in a commercial space in Front Royal, VA, on a horse farm — yeah, where the earth smells like freedom and nature surrounds. I’m rolling out classes, bodywork, and retreats — medicine for the soul. There is NOTHING like this for hours. The research indicates a retreat center and training facility in this area would be profitable and extremely successful.

I have been honing, meditating, researching, and praying for a space that is reasonable to get my business launched here stateside in Virginia. Renting a little wildness before I own my own kingdom makes sense...and then just like that — the MOST perfect space became available.

An initial 10k is needed immediately and upfront to launch this venture in time for the New Year market!! There is a need, and I have been called to service in this area.

The bulk of the initial money would go to facility rent, security deposit, insurance, moving costs, start-up advertising, and towards first month’s expenses.

An additional 15k is sought within the next 6 months to invest in equipment, property additions, continued advertising, and additional staffing. Investments will be payable within 18 months.
