I am Lance's aunt, and I along with some family members and close friends, are reaching our to help our beloved Lance.

Many people know ‘Coach Lance’ as being the epitome of health, fitness, and fun! He has focused decades of his life to transforming the lives of others for the better, not only physically, but uplifting peoples’ spirits as well. After serving four years in the United States Honor Guard, Lance then found himself playing semi-pro football and then moved onto professional wrestling in 2001. Unfortunately, he suffered a severe back injury during this time that left him briefly paralyzed. His recovery lasted several years.

Lance's fun and intoxicating personality landed him in the night club and entertainment business. He spent several years networking, throwing parties and events, but most importantly making lifelong friends. Although he loved doing this, Lance realized that his healthy lifestyle had taken a backseat and he knew he needed to make a change. After going through an extensive recovery himself, he realized the importance of his faith and rededicated his life to God. Once again sharing his love for health, fitness, and his incredible talent of sculpting the body, not only for professional bodybuilders and top athletes, but with whomever wanted his guidance.

Lance or 'LT' is also a loving father, mentor, loyal friend, and viewed as an incredible example of health and wellness; however, he has seen his share of physical obstacles. In 2023, he was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor that thankfully resulted in a slow, yet full recovery. Unfortunately, his earlier years of pro wrestling & semi pro football injuries have resurfaced. Lance is in extreme pain and is also experiencing paralysis, which requires immediate surgery. This will be a lengthy recovery for what we trust will be a successful surgery. We ask that you find it in your heart to donate whatever you can to relieve some of the financial burdens that he will face being unable to work. All funds will go towards Lance’s medical costs and support for his recovery. We will keep you updated on Lance's progress.
