**Support Kyler's Recovery Journey**

You never know what life has in store for us. My best friend Alexis’s 20-year-old son, Kyler, was recently involved in a horrific accident in Ripon, California. He was a passenger in a Tesla that caught fire, burning over 40% of his body. The driver left him to die, but thanks to the heroic efforts of an unnamed good Samaritan and Officer Veltkamp of the Ripon PD, Kyler's life was saved.

Kyler has undergone multiple surgeries in the past few days and will need to have both legs and several fingers amputated due to the extensive fire damage. It’s a miracle that he is alive, but he now faces an uphill battle in his recovery. The family will have extensive costs to care for Kyler as he rebuilds his life, including physical therapy, prosthetics, and a wheelchair, many of which are not covered by insurance.

His mom will have to quit working to care for Kyler, focusing on helping him rebuild his physical and mental strength. Times are tough, but anything you can contribute will be helpful.
