Donate to Kuai's Life-Saving Medical Care

This is Kuai. He’s a lovable, friendly and affectionate dog, whose only flaws are loving people so much that he hates to be alone and being incredibly smart, sometimes too smart for his own good.

Kuai’s path to happiness hasn’t been easy. He was rescued from a horrible situation by Laurel, his mom and best friend. Shortly after, Kuai overcame heartworm disease, and just a few years later beat Cancer.

Now Kuai’s facing another battle. A terrible accident that has left him with multiple fractured ribs and in severe respiratory distress. Kuai is currently receiving medical treatment at the Upstate Vet Emergency and Specialty Care Hospital in Greenville, SC and will be undergoing emergency surgery to repair the extensive damage to his body.

Laurel is committed to providing Kuai with the best medical care possible and while that care has been excellent, it comes at an exorbitant cost. His medical bills to date are nearing $20,000, and he has a long and expensive road to recovery ahead of him.

We’re reaching out to friends, family, dog lovers and anyone wishing for Kuai’s speedy recovery, for donations to help offset the financial burden Kuai's medical treatment has created for Laurel. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated.
