My name is Kit! I’m looking for some financial support with expenses that are going to come along with getting top surgery in a few months and being out of work for that time. I’m not in a great spot with money right now and am hoping to go into this very exciting but hard and scary process without so much stress about financial stuff. The housing situation for somewhere cozy and affordable that I had lined up just days ago fell through and I am trying to figure out a plan B but there’s a chance I might need to end up getting a long-term Airbnb or more formal month-to-month lease, which I wasn’t planning on and wouldn’t be able to afford right now or through recovery and being out of work. The things I’m looking for help with include surgery expenses, housing costs (rent or Airbnb), groceries, care for my two dogs, and transportation expenses.

I’m also currently without a working reliable car and it’s made daily life with two dogs and work stuff pretty difficult. Anything extra from any top surgery funds are going to go toward helping me secure a reliable used car.
