Hi, friends. My name is Kim Monks. I used to be a happy, successful guy before life took a turn and my health started to decline. I have a lot of pride and hate doing this because I dont like asking for help. Normally l, I am the one giving and helping others but I had a stoke last year and a quadruple in February 2025 and my medical and personal debts have started ro mount up, i wish i cpuld return to work but the company won't let me because of my work restrictions from my doctors. As of right now, I cannot work and have no source of income because my balance and endurance are terrible and they do not believe it is safe for me to work there. I recently had a new MRI and was told by me neurologist that I have had at leastca dozen mild strokes and possibly as many as twenty. I di not remember having them but the cumulative effect has been very debilitating to my body and my speech. I struggle to obtain food and my cell phone has been cut off. Mind you, i am NOT complaining - i am blessed to be alive and thank God everyday for allowing me to continue to live. I have exhausted my short-term disability coverage and have applied for lonfg-term disability through work. However, they are really dragging their feet in getting me approved because they want extensive medical records to approve me. Coverage will be retroactive fron late August, but it could still be 4 to six weeks before I see a dime from them. Therefore, I am requesting help to allow me to get by until they can get their info gathered and finalize the claim process. Funds will be used to help keep my phone on, pay other bills, and allow me to afford my prescriptions and buy food/ other groceries. Thank you for your love and support.
