Hello. My name is Keyonna Epps. I’m a 28 year old living in Atlanta, Georgia. I’m a mother of a 9 year old daughter. In May of 2023 I was diagnosed with stage 4 Kidney disease which lead me to get emergency dialysis. One year later in May of 2024 I lost vision in my left eye. Both kidney disease and losing vision in one of my eyes came from diabetes and High Blood Pressure. As of today. August 19,2025 I am officially a candidate on the transplant list. I am seeking help for post-transplant. As I have lost everything and will be starting over. All donations will go to getting me and my daughter a place to stay of our own and furniture and essentials we need to help us get by as I recover. Any help is greatly appreciated.
